What happens next?

Once ordered, you will receive an email to confirm your order and then again when your ordered has been dispatched from Simmi. If parcels are not received in 5 working days, please email hello@simmiwoman.co.uk and we can help you track your order. Before contacting us, please check with neighbours and your local sorting office.  We can only be responsible for orders that are 100% tracked – we are not responsible for untracked ordered that are lost or damaged.

What time should I expect my order to arrive?

Deliveries are made either by Royal Mail or our selected courier service. Expected delivery times are between 7am-9pm

Will I be charged custom and import duties?

If any extra charges apply, we would be made aware by our selected courier service. However, please be aware that custom and import duties vary from country to country.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

If you have chosen our standard £3.00 delivery, there is no need to sign as this option is untracked. However, our UK Signed for & Tracked option does require a signature unless stated in the ‘customer requests’ (via the PayPal transaction window). If your request is not possible, a calling card will be left including information to rearrange delivery/collect from your local sorting office or if it’s been left in a safe place.
